The smart approach is to install shared backbone infrastructure — cabling, sub-boards and a load-managed supply — that individual owners can connect to over time, rather than a one-off charger that blocks future demand. This spreads cost and avoids repeated disruption to common property.

We plan spare capacity and cable pathways so the scheme can add chargers as more residents go electric.

By-laws, billing and fairness

Charging on common property usually involves a by-law and a way to bill each user fairly. We provide per-user metering or OCPP-linked billing so electricity costs land on the right lot owner, not the shared fund, which supports a clean arrangement for the owners corporation.
