The biggest apartment challenge is knowing who pays for what. We install individual metering or OCPP-based chargers linked to a billing platform, so each driver's usage is measured and charged accurately rather than smeared across common-property power.

Working within building limits

Apartment buildings rarely have spare capacity for many chargers at full power. Load management shares the available supply so multiple cars can charge without tripping the building's main, deferring or avoiding expensive supply upgrades.
