These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sydney Power Group website and any quotes, bookings, or electrical work carried out by Sydney Power Group Pty Ltd ("SPG", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

SPG holds current Level 2 Accredited Service Provider (ASP) authorisation with Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, and Essential Energy. We carry out network-related electrical work including overhead and underground mains, switchboard upgrades, metering, and emergency response, across Greater Sydney and NSW.

• Quotes provided via phone, our website, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to confirmation after a site assessment.
• Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes once we are on site (for example, unforeseen infrastructure defects).
• Any variation to the agreed price will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds, wherever practicable.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for our technicians to carry out the agreed work. Where network coordination (such as a planned outage) is required, timing may depend on the relevant distributor's scheduling.

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quoting or invoicing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of works or as specified on your invoice.

All work is carried out in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and network operator requirements, and compliance documentation is lodged with the relevant distributor where applicable. Workmanship is covered by our standard warranty; details are provided with your invoice or on request.
