Metering for Retail, Office and Strata

Larger commercial loads move past direct-connected meters and onto CT metering, while strata and multi-tenant buildings need common-property supply metered separately from the individual units. We design and install the right metering arrangement to Endeavour's standards, whether that is a single CT-metered supply for a large tenancy or a metering panel for a strata block. Threaded Into the Fit-Out

Commercial energisation often gates the whole fit-out, so we work back from your opening date and coordinate with the shopfitter, electrical contractor, retailer and Endeavour. We manage the connection application, any outage window and the CT-metering sign-off as one program, so the supply is live when the tenancy is ready to trade rather than holding it up.
