Signs You've Outgrown Single-Phase
Frequent breaker trips when the air conditioner, oven, and EV charger run together, a builder or air conditioning installer telling you single-phase won't support a new system, or plans for a pool, workshop, or granny flat with its own significant load are all strong indicators. If a pool or spa is on the cards, run the pool & spa power checker first — it adds up the pumps, chlorinator and heating and tells you whether your current supply carries them.
